Founding Partner Matthew Tuverson

Our Founders

  • Born and raised in Pacific Palisades, Matthew was educated at USC before starting his career in real estate development. With countless commercial and residential projects completed across the country including hospitals, multi-family apartments, hotels, and office buildings, Matthew now turns his focus to helping his neighborhood rebuild what was lost. His extensive experience is second only to his love of Southern California and these impacted neighborhoods.

Founding Partner Frank Giambattista

  • Born and raised in New York, Frank earned his degree in Business at the University of Scranton before moving to California in 2003. Frank has over 15 years of experience, managing commercial and residential facilities for national retailers and multi-family housing investors.  His expertise in capex project management, renovations, maintenance and repair is extensive. He has a keen eye for functionality and ease of use, which adds lasting value to all the projects he oversees. Frank’s experience with essential building systems guarantees a hassle-free living experience for as long as you live in your home.

    Frank is a Malibu resident who is deeply affected by the community's loss. He and his young family are fully invested in the community and consider it a privilege to be building a life here.
